Section 92-51-29 - Eliminating title for manufactured or mobile home; fee required

A certificate of title shall be eliminated by the division upon receipt of the following:

(a) The owner's affidavit stating that the manufactured or mobile home has been permanently affixed to a foundation; and

(b) payment of a $10.00 fee.
