Section 92-23-55 - Cashing of prize checks

Checks written by licensees for call bingo prizes of $500 or more shall not be cashed by any licensee or member of the licensee's nonprofit organization, any lessor, any employee or agent of the lessor, or any other person located upon the premises where the licensee is conducting games of bingo.
