Section 91-22-4 - Cases; use of case number and title

Each matter coming before the commission and requiring a decision by it shall be known as a "case" and shall receive a case number and title descriptive of the subject matter. Each case shall be recorded by the secretary by caption and case number. The case number and title shall be used on all instruments filed in the case and shall appear in all correspondence or communications.
