Section 82-5-4 - Regulations relating to inspection of bridges and other structures

Every railroad operating in the state of Kansas shall inspect its bridges, trestles and culverts at least once a year and certify to the commission that the bridges, trestles and culverts are safe for the loads imposed upon them.
