Section 61-3-23 - Revocation of permit

Failure on the part of any school or college to comply with applicable statutes or the rules and regulations prescribed therein, or with the sanitary rules and regulations of the board, shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of its permit and removal of such school from the list of recognized and approved barber colleges or schools. However, no revocation of permit will be made unless and until notice shall have been given and public hearing conducted by the board in the same manner as now provided by K.S.A. 65-1821, relating to certificates of registration.
