Section 50-1-3 - Definitions relating primarily to unemployment compensation contributions(a) "Market" means the place or point where the producer or grower of the commodity customarily parts with economic interest in its future form or destiny. (b) "Wages paid" shall include both wages actually received by the worker and wages constructively paid. Wages are constructively paid when they meet the following criteria: (1) Are credited to the account of or set apart for a worker without any substantial restriction as to the time or manner of payment or condition upon which payment is to be made; (2) are made available so that they may be drawn upon by the worker at any time; or (3) are brought within the worker's own control and disposition, although not then actually reduced to possession.
