Section 44-9-107 - House arrest program

All inmates and offenders under postincarceration supervision placed in the house arrest program shall be subject to the sanctions and conditions that are prescribed by the secretary in published internal management policies and procedures for house arrestees, ordered by the board, or otherwise permitted by law.
