Section 4-7-213 - Adoption by reference

The United States department of agriculture's recommended requirements titled "milk for manufacturing purposes and its production and processing," effective September 1, 2005, are hereby adopted by reference, except for the following:

(a) Subpart A;

(b) subpart B, section B2, paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (h), (i), (k), (m), (r), (s), (t), and (u);

(c) subpart D, section D9; and

(d) subpart F.

Copies of the pertinent portions of these requirements may be obtained from the Kansas department of agriculture.
