Section 30-5-68 - Consultants to the medicaid/medikan program

Consultants to the medicaid/medikan program may be reimbursed if under contract with the Kansas department of social and rehabilitation services. The payment rate for consultants shall be a mutually negotiated amount. The effective date of this reguation shall be August 1, 1990.
