Appellants may appear for themselves in any appeal proceedings. A partnership may be represented by any of its members or a duly authorized representative. Corporations and associations may be represented by an officer or by an attorney-at-law who has been admitted to practice in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. An appellant may be represented by an attorney-at-law who has been admitted to practice in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.
