Section 21-70-45 - Standards for new construction and alterations

New construction and alterations subject to the act and this regulation shall comply with the standards for accessible design published in appendix A to 28 CFR Part 36, the Americans with disabilities act accessibility guidelines (ADAAG), dated July 26, 1991.
