Section 21-60-22 - Complaints alleging unlawful housing practices
(a) The procedures under this act for investigation and conciliation of complaints will be conducted in accordance with K.A.R. Sections 21-41, 21-42 and 21-43 to the extent these procedures are in compliance with K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 44-1019 and 44-1020. Unless referred to an appropriate local agency pursuant to K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 44-1019(c), the Commission shall commence investigation of the allegations of the complaint within 30 days after receipt of the complaint.
(b) Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas Administrative Procedure act and K.A.R. Section 21-45.
