Section 19-21-6 - Out-of-state committees, and persons

Any combination of three or more individuals or a person other than an individual, not domiciled in this state, which is required to file a verified statement pursuant to K.S.A. 25-4172 as amended by L. 1986, Ch. 144, § 1 shall include the names and addresses of contributors who are residents of Kansas, non-residents with jobs in Kansas, and those making contributions earmarked for use in Kansas. Other contributions may be disclosed in the aggregate.
