Section 123-13-106 - Administration of oaths; designation of persons authorized

(a) The superintendent and deputy superintendent, as well as the disciplinary administrator and hearing officers appointed pursuant to K.A.R. 123-13-105, shall be authorized to administer oaths to witnesses in disciplinary proceedings.

(b) All oaths shall be administered in a form and a manner that are in accordance with K.S.A. 54-101et seq., and amendments thereto.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
