Section 112-4-4b - Prohibited license activity

(a) The racing judges or stewards, with the approval of the commission, may prohibit an occupation licensee from performing activities not related to the licensee's occupation license when, in the opinion of the racing judges or stewards, such activity reflects adversely on the honesty and integrity of racing.

(b) No occupation licensee licensed as a kennel owner shall act in the capacity of trainer unless properly licensed to do so.
