Section 112-3-21 - Race date fees, payment

Daily race date fees to be paid by an organization licensee pursuant to K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 74-8813(g) shall be paid in advance at least monthly by the licensee, remitting such daily license fees to the commission before the 25th day of the month preceding the month for which such fees are assessed.
