Section 100-69-1 - Approved educationEach applicant for licensure as an athletic trainer shall provide proof that the applicant has received a baccalaureate degree or postbaccalaureate degree with a major course of study in athletic training curriculum from one of the following:
(a) An institution whose program for athletic trainers is accredited by the commission on accreditation of athletic training education; or (b) an educational institution whose programs are determined by the board to have standards at least equal to those of an accredited program.
