Agendas, minutes, and materials presented to the board are available from the Division of Workforce Development Center Administration, Department of Workforce Development, 150 Des Moines Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309, except those records concerning closed sessions which are exempt from disclosure under Iowa Code subsection 21.5(5) or which are otherwise confidential by law.
