Rule 811-10.2 - Complaints and investigations(1) Complaints are allegations of wrongful acts or omissions relating to the ethical or professional conduct of a credential holder.(2) The executive secretary or authorized designee investigates complaints in order to determine the probability that a violation of law or rule has occurred.Iowa Admin.
