Rule 791-1.1 - Duties

The commission on uniform laws is establish by Iowa Code sections 5.1 to 5.4 and is charged with the duties of (1) attending the meeting of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, (2) promoting uniformity in state laws when this is deemed desirable and practicable, and (3) reporting to the general assembly at each of its sessions.
