Rule 761-802.1 - Written reports
(1)When required. A railroad filing with the Federal Railroad Administration any of the forms listed in subrule 802.1(2) shall, at the same time, file a copy with the department at the following address if the accident or incident occurred in Iowa: Office of Rail Transportation, Iowa Department of Transportation, 800 Lincoln Way, Ames, Iowa 50010.
(2)Forms. This rule applies to the following Federal Railroad Administration forms:

FRA F6180.54 - Rail Equipment Accident/Incident Report

FRA F 6180.57 - Rail-Highway Grade Crossing Accident/Incident Report

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 327C.41.
