Rule 761-615.26 - Suspension for violation of a license restriction

The department may suspend a person's license when the department receives satisfactory evidence of a violation of a restriction imposed on the license. The suspension period shall be at least 30 days.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.193.
