Rule 701-10.122 - Director's order

The director's order constitutes the final order of the department for purposes of judicial review. Parties shall be promptly notified of the director's order by delivery to them of a copy of the order by personal service or by ordinary mail.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 17A as amended by 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, and sections 422.30 and 453B.9.
