Rule 661-401.111 - Agency rule-making record

The department shall maintain an official rule-making record for each rule proposed by the board by publication in the Iowa Administrative Bulletin of a Notice of Intended Action, or adopts. The rule-making record and materials incorporated by reference shall be available for public inspection. Requests to view material from the rule-making record may be addressed to the agency rules administrator of the department.
