Rule 661-401.103 - Public rule-making docket

Pursuant to Executive Order 9, the department maintains a current public rule-making docket. All rule-making activity of the board of trustees of the peace officers' retirement, accident, and disability system shall be included in the rule-making docket of the department, including a rule making which has formally commenced with a Notice of Intended Action and an anticipated rule making identified by the board or staff. The rule-making docket is maintained on the Web site of the department.
