All fees received from the licenses issued for the retail sale of consumer fireworks and the annual registration fees received from wholesalers of consumer fireworks shall be deposited into the consumer fireworks fee fund pursuant to Iowa Code section 100.19. The state fire marshal shall use the fees deposited into this fund to fulfill the responsibilities of the state fire marshal for the administration and enforcement of Iowa Code sections 100.19 and 100.19A.
