Rule 650-27.6 - Evidence of incompetent treatment

(1) Licensees or registrants shall report to the board instances of gross or continually faulty treatment by other licensees or registrants.

(2) Licensees or registrants may provide expert testimony when that testimony is essential to a just and fair disposition of a judicial or administrative action.
