Rule 645-61.24 - [Effective until 7/1/2024] Public notice

(1) Advertisements shall indicate that all services are performed by students under the supervision of instructors.

(2) A sign shall be clearly displayed in the entrance of the school that indicates in prominent lettering that students perform all services under the supervision of instructors.

(3) A sign shall be clearly displayed in the entrance of a licensed establishment operating an apprenticeship program that indicates in prominent lettering that apprentices are employed at the establishment and may perform services under the supervision of a licensed apprenticeship supervisor.
