Rule 645-22.9 - Personal cleanliness

(1) All licensees or students that engage in serving the public shall be neat and clean in person and attire.

(2) All licensees performing services shall thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water or any equally effective cleansing agent immediately before serving each client.
