Rule 641-153.7 - Leases

Any lease entered into by the state or its political subdivisions on or after July 1, 2008, shall require that all areas where smoking is prohibited in 2008 Iowa Acts, House File 2212, section 3, comply with the provisions of 2008 Iowa Acts, House File 2212.
