Rule 641-11.73 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Medical examination costs

The cost of a medical examination for the purpose of gathering evidence and the cost of treatment for the purpose of preventing venereal disease shall be paid from the victim compensation fund as established in Iowa Code chapter 709B, and 1998 Iowa Acts, House File 2527, section 55.
