Rule 571-40.4 - Right for aggrieved party to appeal

Any finding or establishment of areas involving special speed and distance or zoning restrictions by the natural resource commission may be appealed by aggrieved party upon written notice. A hearing thereon shall be held by the natural resource commission within 30 days thereafter.
