To be a valid entry, the entry must be a legally acquired nonwinning Iowa lottery ticket identified as an entry for the particular promotion. At its discretion, the lottery may include legally obtained winning and nonwinning Iowa lottery online tickets in promotions.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 990.9(3), 990.21 and 990.31.
