Rule 531-20.15 - Presentation of ticket

No prize payments shall be made unless the player submits a valid, imcanceled ticket or share. A play slip has no pecuniary or prize value and is not evidence of ticket purchase or of numbers selected.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 990.9(3), 990.21, and 990.31.
