Rule 531-1.2 - Organization

The lottery is administered by the lottery authority board. The lottery is directed and supervised by the chief executive officer of the lottery. The lottery authority board has rule-making authority for the lottery.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 17A.3(1).
