Rule 481-11.10 - Default

If a party fails to appear after proper service of notice, the administrative law judge may enter a default order against the party or may proceed with the hearing and make a decision in the absence of the party. The default order or decision made in the absence of the party shall address the award of attorney fees pursuant to rule 481-ll.ll(lOA).
