For a funeral or cremation establishment license that has been revoked, suspended, or voluntarily surrendered, the owner must apply for and receive reinstatement of the license in accordance with rule 481-506.31(272C) and must apply for and be granted reactivation of the license in accordance with rule 481-901.9(272C) prior to offering mortuary science services from that establishment in this state.
