The record in an administrative appeal under this rule shall include, in addition to those materials specified in Iowa Code section 17A. 12(6), the notice of appeal, all evidence received or considered and all other submissions, including the verbatim record of the hearing.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 17A.
