Rule 441-83.126 - Allowable services

Services allowable under the children's mental health waiver shall be provided as set forth in rule 441-78.52 (249A) and shall include:

1. Environmental modifications, adaptive devices and therapeutic resources;

2. Family and community support services;

3. In-home family therapy; and

4. Respite care.
