Rule 421-31.16 - Immunity of state and agencies

The subgrantee shall defend and hold harmless the state and any federal funding source for the state from liability arising from the subgrantee's performance or attempted performance of its contract, and the subgrantee's activities with subcontractors and all other third parties.
