Rule 351-15.5 - Filing of petition

A petition for a waiver shall be submitted in writing to the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board, 510 East 12th Street, Suite lA, Des Moines, Iowa 50319. If the request relates to a pending contested case, a copy of the request shall also be filed in the contested case proceeding addressed to the board's legal counsel at the above address.
