Rule 283-21.9 - Duration of registration; application for renewal

(1) Upon approval by the commission, an applicant school is registered for a period of two calendar years, contingent upon the school's compliance with commission requirements as provided in this chapter.

(2) A registered school shall submit a completed registration renewal application to the commission at least six months before the ending date of the school's current registration term. A school is solely responsible for submitting a timely renewal application.
