Rule 261-44.3 - Eligibility

Iowa entities authorized as a council of government by Executive Order Number 11, 1969, by a chapter 28E agreement, or by Iowa Code section 28H1. as amended by 2007 Iowa Acts, Senate File 444, are eligible to receive assistance through this chapter.
