In the delivery of LP-gas by commercial bulk trucks (bobtail) across state lines, it shall be mandatory for all trucks delivering products in Iowa to be equipped with a meter that has been licensed by the state of Iowa and carries the seal of an accredited meter service and proving company.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 215.20.
