Rule 205-10.2 - [Effective until 1/15/2025] Parole supervision

An inmate granted parole or work release shall be under the supervision of the department of corrections, the district department, or a receiving state pursuant to the interstate probation and parole compact. Parole supervision shall continue until the expiration of the maximum sentence, subject to early discharge by the board or the district department.
