Rule 199-6.7 - Record

The written complaint and all information obtained during the informal investigation shall be uploaded into the electronic filing system formal complaint docket and be made part of the record in the formal complaint proceeding. The information from the informal complaint investigation shall be redacted pursuant to requirements in 199-Chapter 7.
