Rule 199-1.2 - [Effective until 12/4/2024] Scope of rules

Promulgated under Iowa Code chapters 17A and 474, these rules shall apply to all matters before the Iowa utilities board. No rule shall in any way relieve a utility or other person from any duty under the laws of this state.
