Nonlicensed support personnel may, on behalf of the employer licensee, provide information concerning the sale, exchange, purchase, rental, lease, or advertising of real estate only to another licensee. Support personnel provides information only to another licensee that has been provided to the personnel by the employer licensee either verbally or in writing.
