Rule 191-3.7 - Waiver of procedures

Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter. However, the division may exercise discretion to refuse to give effect to such a waiver when the waiver is inconsistent with the public interest.
