Rule 191-11.14 - Fees and costs

(1) The fees for approval and renewal of CE providers, CE courses and registration of instructors shall be set by the outside vendor retained by the division and are subject to approval by the division. Course approval fees are nonrefundable.

(2) The division may charge a fee for other services.
